Description

OPTU®fluor PTFE tubing antistatic

For the transport of highly concentrated acids and alkalis in explosion protection areas and for antistatic applications

OPTU®fluor PTFE black, antistatic Tubing is recommended for vacuum or pressure lines in explosion-proof rooms.

PTFE tubing with less than 106 Ohm/m resistance

Particularly high flow rates can create a static charge that causes electrical sparks. Flammable liquids can ignite. In addition to the excellent chemical resistance, OPTU®fluor PTFE black, antistatic Tubing are also not-flammable. The low coefficient of friction makes them particularly interesting as a conduit for solids.

Approvals

Thanks to less than 2.5% high-purity carbon, the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3297 are met. Meets the requirements of the chemical tubing regulation EN 12115. Flammability UL 94: V-0
