Unless otherwise stated, the indicated resistance ratings are based on testing conducted at room temperature (23°C / 73°F). Elevated temperatures can significantly affect the chemical resistance of tubing materials and may therefore result in different performance under actual operating conditions.

In addition, the resistance ratings do not provide any indication of potential extraction or leaching of components from the tubing material into the conveyed fluid. Nor do they indicate whether the properties or composition of the fluid may change as a result of contact with the tubing.

When selecting suitable tubing, factors beyond chemical resistance should therefore be taken into account, including the actual operating temperature, concentration, duration of exposure, operating conditions, and potential interactions between the fluid and the tubing material.

The user is responsible for the final assessment, validation, and approval of the tubing material for the intended application.
